Express Entry is a system that the Canadian government uses to manage Canadian permanent residence applications for filling labor gaps. It was launched on 1 January 2015. This system is used to select and communicate with skilled and qualified applicants, it manages the immigration ready skilled workers’ pool too.
Express Entry is a pathway to permanent residence for skilled workers in based Canada or in any other country.
To meet the local labor market needs, provinces and territories can also recruit candidates from Express Entry through their Provincial Nominee Program(PNP).

This program is for the skilled workers who have Canadian work experience of 1 year full time.
According to the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC), skilled work experience means work experience gained in TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 job categories. Your work experience can be in 1 or more of these categories.
Education - secondary (high school) or post-secondary
If you have completed any education after 12th std. (post-secondary) outside Canada, you need an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report for immigration purposes from a designated organization showing that your education is equal and valid to a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate)
IELTS CLB -7 for TEER 0 or TEER 1 jobs
IELTS CLB - 5 for TEER 2 or TEER 3 jobs
No fund required for Canadian Experience Class program.
At least 1 year of continuous work experience is required.

Funding requirement - Applicant: approx. $ 13800 and Each Dependent: approx. $ 3700
An applicant needs to have at least 2 years of full-time work experience in a skilled trade within the 5 years before the application.
Valid job offer of at least 1 year full time employment or the qualification certificate in the particular skilled trade that is issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal authority.
There is no education requirement for the Federal Skilled Trade program.
